Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using DailySEO. Last updated August 19, 2026. Contact: support@dailyseo.co.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you (the "customer") and DailySEO (the "service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
2. Invite-only access
DailySEO is currently in a private, invite-only phase. Accounts are created by invitation and may be limited in seats, number of sites or volume of articles. We may change, pause or withdraw access during this phase, and we will give you reasonable notice before doing so unless the change is needed for security or legal reasons.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Connecting your website
The service publishes to websites you connect (for example WordPress, Shopify, HighLevel or a custom endpoint). By connecting a site you confirm you are authorized to publish content on it and to grant the access required to do so. You choose whether articles are published live or created as drafts, and you can disconnect a site or turn off automated publishing at any time.
Credentials and tokens you provide are used only to operate the features you enabled — for example fetching categories, uploading images and creating posts.
5. Content and ownership
You own the articles, images and other content produced for your sites through the service, along with the right to edit, republish or delete them. You also keep ownership of everything you supply to us, such as brand details and existing site content.
Content is generated with the help of AI models and automated research. We run automated quality checks, but automated systems can still be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published live and for ensuring it complies with the law, with the requirements of your industry and with the policies of any platform you publish to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful; to publish to sites you do not control; to misrepresent regulated advice (for example medical, legal or financial claims) without appropriate review; or to interfere with the service, probe its infrastructure or circumvent limits and access controls.
7. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including AI model providers, search and keyword data providers, image sources and the publishing platform you connect. Their availability and results are outside our control, and your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
8. Google Search Console connection
Connecting Google Search Console is optional. If you connect it, you confirm you are authorised to grant access to that property, and you authorise DailySEO to read search-performance, sitemap and index-status data for the property you select using Google's read-only Search Console scope. We use that data only to provide reporting and recommendations for your site inside the service.
Your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's own terms. DailySEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect the integration in the app at any time, or revoke access in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Fees
During the private invite phase, pricing is agreed individually and communicated to you before any charge. Where fees apply, they are billed in advance for the agreed period, are non-refundable except where required by law, and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. We will give notice before a price change takes effect.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, if your use creates a legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the service. On termination we stop generating and publishing new content, revoke connected integrations, and delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy; articles already published to your site remain yours, and you may request an export of your data before your account is deleted.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise specific search rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change is material we will notify you, and continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
